SUKHWINDER SINGH PANESAR, Director of PAN WEST IMMIGRATION SERVICES, is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, a member in good standing with ICCRC (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council) and CAPIC (Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants). 

He is an Authorized representative by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and licensed to provide professional advice on Canadian Immigration matters. Immigration consultants in Canada go through a stringent process before being able to represent any clients. This include Immigration study, regulated examinations, evidence of good character and Continuing Education & Professional development programs throughout their career.

Sukhwinder Panesar holds a Master’s degree in Robotics, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from prestigious university in India. From Canada, he holds an Immigration Consultant Diploma with Honors, from CDI College Mississauga, Ontario. Earlier in his career, he worked as Business Development Director in the Engineering sector, serving clients across the globe from his own Indian start up company. Logical Problem solving, in depth analysis and knack for detailing helped him in transitioning to the Immigration Sector.
